  • Sole systems developer, operations administrator, and Privacy Officer for a nonprofit operating two shelters on a 24/365 schedule.
  • Built enterprise-grade Power Platform environment from scratch: 21+ JavaScript web resources, Model-Driven and Canvas apps, Dataverse with field-level security.
  • Migrated 483+ Stripe payout records with a 4-tier matching algorithm; achieved 89.7% auto-match and eliminated manual reconciliation.
  • Authored the organization's Operations Manual and Employee Handbook from scratch.
  • Secured and managed an $80,000 Atrium Health Floyd-Polk Foundation grant including mid-year impact reporting.
  • Developed a custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) server in Python for AI-assisted operations workflows.
  • Designed and executed a complete, organiation-wide rebrand
